Master Cleanse Preparation

So tomorrow I start the Master Cleanse. I read the book "The Master Cleanser" by Stanley Burroughs and I feel ready to do it. I have had my Smooth Move tea and we will see if that's a treat. I really am a little bit scared of this, but excited. This really is just a pre-step. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

I know this blog maybe be a strange place to post about this, but you know what? It's my blog and I am cooking! And this should really lead to some interesting cooking in the future! So, here we are on my cleansing journey! YEE HAW! I am ready for a new day! I really want to accomplish this. It means a lot to me. Thanks for the prayers, Brenda!

I tried the chocolate flavored Smooth Move tea last week, and I was really looking forward to a tasty treat! Well, it wasn't exactly the chocolaty goodness I had been dreaming about, but I did have a smooth move in the morning.... The only thing was, I woke up in the middle of the night with a tummy ache. I could feel things moving and shaking. I think I'll save this tea for real "emergencies" in the future.

Every night I drank this tea I was up four hours later. I really does do the trick, but a little too well I think. I didn't know they made chocolate! While I am sure it's not chock full o' flavor, it would be something different!

This blog is dedicated to the two most important people in my life - my mom, Ernee Jean O'Brien, and my partner Joey Concepcion. They both have showered me with unconditional support and love and have always encouraged me to be myself. I will always miss my mom and I don't know what I would do without Joey.
