Master Cleanse Day 15 &16

I am a bit out of sorts, but think this is important to write for the whole master cleanse journal thing. So, yesterday, we finally had our quesadilla. We also had a tostada salad. I know I shouldn't have but I was pretty upset about my mom and I had some wine. On all counts - BOO!

Today I really could feel the yuck in me and I really didn't crave any of that anymore. You know, once you do the cleanse, you need to keep your body clean. At least I do. I feel so much better eating healthy.

I was pretty excited yesterday about everything, and while my mom is gone, I know she would want me to feel this way.

This is so GREAT! The experience you describe here is one I am familiar with. Although I have not done this particular cleanse, I have done others. In fact, right now, Cheryl and I are in the midst of a Fat Flush, which sound a bit like what you and Joey undertook. Your comments about how the cravings for things that don't serve you have disappeared really resonated with me! This has been my experience too. In fact, this was a big part of the reason we chose to do it. Those cravings can be really tough to overcome. Wiping the slate clean is a powerful tool! Cool blog! Thanks for sharing yourself!

About Sean & Joey

Joey and I are just a couple of guys living in San Francisco. I love cooking and we both like trying new things. Planning our meals is one of our "together" things. I hope you enjoy our blog! - Sean

Dedication

This blog is dedicated to the two most important people in my life - my mom, Ernee Jean O'Brien, and my partner Joey Concepcion. They both have showered me with unconditional support and love and have always encouraged me to be myself. I will always miss my mom and I don't know what I would do without Joey.
